For devs: put up a free page for your game, drop in a short gameplay clip, and hear music and SFX play right over your footage before you pick anyone. Then message the person directly.

For composers, sound designers and voice actors: make a free profile with your own link and samples, and send your work to games that fit your style. Matching is by scene and mood, not follower count, so newer folks get heard too.

No fees, no cut. The first 20 composers, 20 sound designers, 20 voice actors and 20 studios each get a founding badge.
